CloudAlls Academy provides an integrated learning environment combining digital curriculum and physical hardware kits. By using our platform, you agree to comply with all guidelines regarding intellectual property and community conduct.
Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials to bypass course payments or access restricted hardware configurations is strictly prohibited.
We collect personal data (Name, Email, Phone) and shipping data (Address) necessary to fulfill your hardware orders and provide course certifications. Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay.
We use cookies to personalize your dashboard and track course progress across sessions.
Hardware orders (Arduino kits, sensors, etc.) are processed within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a tracking ID via your Student Dashboard once the item is dispatched.
Currently, we ship all physical kits to addresses within the mainland of India.
Courses come with a 7-day "No Questions Asked" refund policy, provided that less than 15% of the course content has been consumed.
Physical kits are eligible for replacement if received in damaged condition. Please record an "unboxing video" as proof of damage.
